About Me

Hi, I’m Prasad Anjarlekar — a certified nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping people take charge of their health, naturally and sustainably.

My journey into health and fitness began back in school. What started as a passion for exercise soon evolved into a lifelong mission to understand the science behind health, nutrition, and human performance.

Though I hold a degree in Commerce (B.Com), my true calling has always been in the field of health and fitness.
In 2010, I completed my first professional certification in fitness — a foundational step that led me toward deeper study in health, performance, and nutrition.

To deepen my expertise, I pursued the following certifications:
• Functional Medicine in Clinical Nutrition
• Human Performance Nutrition
• NSQF Level 6 – Sports Nutritionist (SPEFL-SC)

Even today, I remain a lifelong student of science. I stay updated with the latest research in nutrition, metabolism, and functional health to offer my clients evidence-based, result-driven guidance.
